The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes and relies upon a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness. Through partnerships with other member organizations, faith based organizations, and local, state, and federal authorities, ARCH is able to diminish the immediate and ongoing trauma that occurs when a household is experiencing housing instability or homelessness.
